Nathan Elias has been acknowledged to the College of the Incarnate Term and designs to key in trend merchandising.
The Memorial Large Faculty graduate has an evident eye for style and fashion based mostly on his duct tape development.
Elias reported he figured out about the contest when seeking for scholarship money.
