Buffalo clothing designer working to help people in need
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Sasmita Batik operator Novi Paluch claims she enjoys creating clothes and supporting people today.
“I pick the cloth and then I sketch it,” Paluch explained. “We start from scratch, from a white canvas.”
She has a residence in Buffalo and in Jakarta. She travels back again and forth between the two areas, helping people in her household place who are experiencing poverty. She hires people today who are aged, have particular needs and are homeless in Indonesia to sew her garments. She suggests they are grateful to gain significantly-essential income.
